1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment has been successfully verified.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

NexCryo Labs currently offers the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Free Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days) on orders over $200
  • Standard Ground Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $10.99
  • UPS 2-Day Air (2 Business Days): $20.00
  • UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day): $40.00

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected service, destination, and order total.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.

4. Shipping Coverage

At this time, NexCryo Labs ships within the United States only.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or military forwarding addresses.

5. Packaging & Discretion

All orders are securely packaged to protect product integrity during transit.

Whenever possible, shipments are sent in plain, discreet packaging without external references to laboratory materials or research compounds.

Temperature-sensitive products should be brought indoors immediately after delivery.

6. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin once the package has been shipped and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, natural disasters, or operational issues are outside the control of NexCryo Labs.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Verify the shipping address provided during checkout.
  • Review the carrier tracking information.
  • Contact the shipping carrier for additional updates.
  • Reach out to NexCryo Labs if further assistance is required.

Orders marked as Delivered by the carrier but reported missing may require a carrier investigation before replacement or reimbursement can be considered.

8. Damaged Packages

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the package and contents immediately.
  2. Retain all original packaging materials.
  3. Contact NexCryo Labs within 7 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for review.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

NexCryo Labs is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during checkout.

Returned shipments due to address errors may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

10. Weather & Carrier Delays

NexCryo Labs is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier operational disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Holiday shipping congestion
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

11. Research Use Notice

All products sold by NexCryo Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or clinical applications.
