At this time, NexCryo Labs primarily ships within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final.
What if my order arrives damaged?

- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and we will review your claim.
What if my package is lost?
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may offer a replacement shipment or store credit after review.
