Orders are typically processed within 1\u20132 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)<\/strong> after payment has been successfully verified.<\/p>

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.<\/p>

During periods of high demand, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be extended.<\/p>

2. Shipping Methods & Rates<\/h2>

NexCryo Labs currently offers the following shipping options within the United States:<\/p>

  • Free Standard Shipping (3\u20137 Business Days)<\/strong> on orders over $200<\/strong><\/li>
  • Standard Ground Shipping (3\u20135 Business Days):<\/strong> $10.99<\/strong><\/li>
  • UPS 2-Day Air (2 Business Days):<\/strong> $20.00<\/strong><\/li>
  • UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day):<\/strong> $40.00<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected service, destination, and order total.<\/p>

    3. Tracking Information<\/h2>

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Please allow up to 24 hours<\/strong> for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.<\/p>

    4. Shipping Coverage<\/h2>

    At this time, NexCryo Labs ships within the United States only<\/strong>.<\/p>

    We currently do not offer international shipping<\/strong>.<\/p>

    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO\/FPO\/DPO addresses, or military forwarding addresses<\/strong>.<\/p>

    5. Packaging & Discretion<\/h2>

    All orders are securely packaged to protect product integrity during transit.<\/p>

    Whenever possible, shipments are sent in plain, discreet packaging<\/strong> without external references to laboratory materials or research compounds.<\/p>

    Temperature-sensitive products should be brought indoors immediately after delivery.<\/p>
